AI features
Control which AI features are available for your team. Features disabled by your administrator cannot be re-enabled, and Pro-only features require a Pro plan.
When an AI feature is on, your prompts, AI responses, and the financial context needed to answer (accounts, transactions, budgets, goals) are sent to large-language-model providers we use under contract (MiniMax, OpenAI-compatible providers, and Google Gemini for OCR). We do not permit these providers to use your data to train their general-purpose models.
AI Memory additionally retains summarized financial observations for this team workspace so future responses can reference prior patterns. Memory is scoped to this team, never shared between teams, and is removed when you disable AI Memory or delete your account. Toggle features below to control what is processed, or email privacy@finbutler.ai to request deletion of stored memory.
